Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking services with Art Gautier LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before submitting a reservation request.
2. Services
Art Gautier LLC provides mobile bartending services throughout Southern California. All services are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3. Booking & Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Full payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. All prices are subject to change without notice until a written agreement is in place.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to the full service fee. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Alcohol Policy
Art Gautier LLC operates in compliance with California ABC regulations. We do not provide or purchase alcohol — clients are responsible for supplying all alcoholic beverages. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is under the legal drinking age of 21.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable workspace for our staff, including access to water, electricity, and adequate space for bar setup. The client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of their guests.
7. Limitation of Liability
Art Gautier LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific event in question.
